Wiring and HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)

Last week the roof was finished, the wiring was done and the HVAC were installed. 

Also, on Friday we had our pre drywall meeting. This meeting focuses on what is it that goes inside the walls before the drywall goes up. Also, at this point they were able to tell us when our closing date will be, which is December 26th!! :) 

We also locked in our interest rate with NVR mortgage. We were able to lock it in at 3%.

They say at this point everything goes pretty quickly! Looking forward for next weekend to see the changes..
